Technical Apprentice Production Mechanic

We are searching for a Technical Apprentice Production Mechanic at our HANNOVER (DE01) facility.

Schulische Ausbildungsinhalte

Um optimal auf den Beruf des Fertigungsmechanikersvorbereitet zu werden, benötigst du die theoretischen Inhalte der Berufsschuleals Grundlage für deine praktische Tätigkeit im Ausbildungsbetrieb. Du lernstin der Berufsschule alle Hilfsstoffe, Betriebsstoffe und Werkzeuge kennen, diedu in deinem Arbeitsalltag benötigst. Kenntnisse im technischen Zeichnengehören auch zum Basiswissen eines Fertigungsmechanikers. Im Technikunterrichtlernst du darüber hinaus verschiedene Bauelemente und Baugruppen kennen. Duerfährst, wie du automatisierte Anlagen für die Fertigung der Bauelemente inBetrieb nimmst, bedienst und überwachst. Dazu helfen dir Kenntnisse aus derMechanik, Elektrotechnik, Pneumatik, Regelungs- und Steuerungstechnik. Auchdiese erwirbst du selbstverständlich während deiner Ausbildung. Ein weitereswichtiges Fach ist Mathematik, denn du wirst es immer wieder mit der Berechnungvon Fertigungsparametern zu tun haben.

Betriebliche Ausbildungsinhalte

Bevor du in deinem Ausbildungsbetrieb mit den großenCNC-Maschinen arbeitest, lernst du zunächst, wie man per Hand sägt, feilt,bohrt, fräst und dreht. Diese handwerklichen Grundlagen sind wichtig, um dieArbeit der computergesteuerten Maschinen zu verstehen und um diese optimaleinrichten und steuern zu können. In den Schweißlehrgängen lernst duunterschiedliche Schweißverfahren kennen. Die benötigst du, wenn es darum geht,die fertigen Bauelemente zu Anlagen und Maschinen zusammenzubauen. Während duzu Beginn deiner betrieblichen Ausbildung in einzelnen Arbeitsschritteneingesetzt wirst, bekommst du nach und nach mehr Verantwortung übertragen undkannst schließlich deinen eigenen Auftrag von Anfang bis zum Ende bearbeiten.Dazu gehören zum Beispiel auch die Qualitätskontrolle, die Dokumentation deinerArbeitsschritte und die Sicherung des Endprodukts für den Transport. Auchhierzu wirst du in deinem Betrieb ausgebildet.
