Das Team
Das Team Customer Service & Returns ist verantwortlich für alle kaufmännischen Tätigkeiten rund um die Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen zu unseren Investitionsgütern und unserem Ortho-Geschäft. Hierzu gehören die Themenbereiche Auftragserfassung- und überwachung, Lizenzmanagement, Konditionenpflege, Rechnungsstellung, Erstellung von Angeboten und die Abwicklung der Retouren.
Ihre Aufgaben
Verantwortung des operativen Customer Service & Returns Teams mit den oben genannten Schwerpunkten Leitung des Customer Services & Returns Teams mit insgesamt 9 Mitarbeitern Kontinuierliche Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit (Customer Experience) über eine Anpassung der Abläufe und Prozesse Identifikation von Trends und Opportunitäten basierend auf Kundenfeedback (Customer Centricity) Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung im Bereich der Kundenzufriedenheit Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Business Excellence im Team Mitwirkung bei Change-Projekten und bei der Implementierung der Ergebnisse Einführung von neuen Tools und neuer Software Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Abteilung Verkaufsinnendienst Budgetverantwortung Sicherstellung und Organisation der Schulungen für die MitarbeiterIhr Profil
Erfolgreich, abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung Führungserfahrung, Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Service von Vorteil Fließende, englische Sprachkenntnisse Offene Persönlichkeit, die es gewohnt ist, in einem internationalen Unternehmen zu agieren Gute Office 365- und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil Selbständige, verlässliche und effiziente Arbeitsweise sowie Belastbarkeit und organisatorisches Talent Grundlegende Kenntnisse in der Konzeption und Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen Gewinnende Persönlichkeit, die es versteht Mitarbeiter und Kunden zu begeisternWas wir Ihnen bieten…
