Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Akquisition und Betreuung (technisch/kaufmännisch) von Kunden und Projekten
  • Ausarbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Mitarbeit bei der Ausgestaltung von Kundenverträgen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Definition von kundenspezifischen Produkten (Sonderprodukte)
  • Jährliche Erstellung eines Verkaufsbudgets im eigenen Verkaufsbereich
  • Teilnahme an Messen
  • Pflege der Kundeninformationsangaben für das eigene Verkaufsgebiet im CRM
  • Business Development in Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung
Ihr Profil:
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Fertigungstechnik, ggf. technische Grundausbildung, äquivalente Weiterbildung wünschenswert
  • Fundiertes kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Verkauf (präferiert im OEM-Bereich) von beratungsintensiven Produkten
  • Gutes Verständnis von Business Development sowie 'Hunter-Mentalität'
  • Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Flexibilität
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Reisen
