Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team at MB Automation GmbH & Co. KG. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CRM software.
- Language: Fluent in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
