Regional Sales Manager

We are excited to enhance our team with a new member in the role of Sales Manager for MENA Region (m/f/d).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the managing director in overseeing international sales within the Tecurity business sector.
  • Drive sales initiatives and foster relationship management both internally and externally through a methodical approach.
  • Take charge of acquiring new clients while maintaining and supporting our existing customer relationships.
  • Ensure accountability for performance across global markets for our solutions.
  • Lead and manage a team on an international scale.
  • Collaborate with the managing director to guide international sales efforts in the Tecurity domain.
  • Enhance sales operations and relationship management with a structured methodology.
  • Focus on new client acquisition and provide support to our current clientele.
  • Oversee results in the global markets for our offerings.
  • Supervise employees across various international locations.

Candidate Profile:

  • A completed bachelor's or master's degree, ideally with a focus on engineering or sales.
  • Preferably, some prior management experience in a sales environment, particularly in capital goods or government sectors.
  • Proven sales experience in international markets with strong negotiation skills in governmental dealings.
  • Excellent technical and commercial acumen, coupled with a proactive mindset.
  • A confident and persuasive demeanor as a representative of our organization, along with a willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in French, Arabic, and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
