International Sales Manager

Position: Sales Manager for MENA Region (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the managing director in directing international sales within the Tecurity business sector.
  • Foster sales initiatives and manage relationships both internally and externally through a methodical approach.
  • Oversee the acquisition of new clients while providing support to the current customer portfolio.
  • Ensure accountability for outcomes in global markets for our offerings.
  • Lead a team of employees on an international scale.
  • Support the managing director in directing international sales within the Tecurity business sector.

Candidate Profile:

  • Completed a bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on engineering or sales.
  • Ideally possess initial management experience within a sales organization, particularly in capital goods and government sectors.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in international markets with strong negotiation skills in government dealings.
  • Excellent technical and commercial acumen with a forward-thinking mindset.
  • Confident and persuasive demeanor as a representative of our organization, with a willingness to travel.
  • Proficient in French, Arabic, and English, both written and spoken.
