Job Title: Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition and support (technical/commercial) of customers and projects
  • Development and follow-up of offers until contract conclusion
  • Collaboration in the design of customer contracts
  • Participation in defining customer-specific products (special products)
  • Annual creation of a sales budget in your own sales area
  • Participation in trade fairs
  • Maintenance of customer information for your sales area in CRM
  • Business Development in cooperation with sales management

Your Profile:

  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing technology, possibly technical basic training, equivalent further education desired
  • Solid business acumen
  • Several years of experience in technical sales (preferably in the OEM sector) of consultancy-intensive products
  • Good understanding of Business Development and 'Hunter mentality'
  • Independent and responsible way of working as well as high flexibility
  • Strong communication skills and social and intercultural competence
  • Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
  • Willingness to travel regularly
