Ihre Aufgaben- Aufbau und Aufrechterhaltung einer belastbaren Lieferantenbeziehung
- Definition und Durchführung von präventiven Maßnahmen zur Sicherung, bzw. Verbesserung des Qualitätsniveaus
- Definition und Durchführung von korrektiven Maßnahmen bei erkannten Abweichungen des Qualitätsniveaus
- Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen zur Erteilung, oder Erhalt der Lieferfreigabe für Flugbauteile
- Herunterbrechen und vereinbaren der Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen an den Lieferanten
- Definition von Wareneingangsprüfungen
- Durchführung von Bauteilabnahmen vor Ort
- Begleitung des Lieferanten bei der Erlangung und Aufrechterhaltung einer delegierten Produktabnahme
- Unterstützung der Prozessreferenten beim Management von Spezialprozessen
- Qualitätsseitige Schnittstelle zwischen Lieferant und internem Produktmanagementteam
- Reisebereitschaft im Zuge der Lieferantenbetreuung, ca.10-20%
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Versierte Englischkenntnisse
