Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten bei der Entwicklung der Portfoliostrategie für einen definierten Bereich der Business Line (BL) mit. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der strategischen Ausrichtung und Umsetzung der definierten Ziele der Business Line in Abstimmung mit dem Business Line Manager

Sie verantworten das globale Produktportfolio und stimmen mit dem Global Success Manager die internationale Produktplanung mit den Ländern ab, überwachen die weltweite Performance des Portfolios und greifen bei Bedarf steuernd ein

Sie arbeiten für eine weltweit abgestimmte Portfoliostrategie eng mit dem Global Success Manager zusammen und stimmen die Portfoliostrategie mit den Ländern der Akademie weltweit ab

Sie identifizieren übergreifende Trends und generieren auf Basis von Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen als auch aus internen Abteilungen (z. B. Marketing, Produkt Management, Training Operations etc.) und auch aus den Ländern Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des BL-Portfolios

Sie bewerten produktgruppenspezifische Informationen (intern & extern) als Input für einen Business Plan der Business Line und erarbeiten Vorschläge für die Ziele der funktionalen Einheiten als auch für die Länder

Sie interagieren mit Kunden, um die Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen, analysieren aufgearbeitetes Kundenfeedback (Länder, PM, Vertrieb, Marketing, Trainer, Operations etc.) und leiten daraus Maßnahmen ab

Sie betrachten Ihr Portfolio aus Kundensicht kontinuierlich und leiten daraus Maßnahmen zur Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios in Abstimmung mit dem Business Line Manager ab

Sie verantworten strategische Partnerschaften der BL in Abstimmung bzw. Zusammenarbeit im cross-funktionalen Team und mit den Ländern

Sie unterstützen den BL Manager in der Definition von Steuerungs-Kennzahlen und überwachen und steuern mit diesen kontinuierlich die cross-funktionale Teams wie auch die Länder

Qualifikationen

Sie verfügen über einen Studienabschluss im technischen und/oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich

Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Managementsysteme mit

Sie besitzen Portfolio- und Marktkenntnisse und haben eine kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

Sie haben Erfahrung mit lateraler Führung in unterschiedlichen Kontexten gesammelt

Sie überzeugen durch strategisches und analytisches Denken und Arbeiten und haben ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kennzahlen

Sie passen perfekt zu uns, wenn Sie ausgeprägte Moderations- und Teamfähigkeiten mitbringen und außerdem ein exzellenter Netzwerker sind

Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie interkulturelle Fähigkeiten
