- Wir suchen einen Intern im Team Global Family and Institutional Wealth Europe Domestic (GFIW) in München für folgende Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des Sector Heads sowie Business Management-Teams für die europäischen Märkte
- Aufbereitung von strategischen und projektbezogenen Themen sowie Teilnahme an entsprechenden Projektgruppen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen, Auswertungen und Dokumentationen für verschiedenste Themen und interne Stakeholder
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Management Foren, Risk Committees und Kundenmeetings
- Bereitstellung von Analysen und Präsentationen als Grundlage für Managemententscheidungen
- Unterstützung der Kundenberater/innen bei administrativen, rechtlichen sowie Compliance und Risk bezogenen Aufgaben
- Kompetente Ansprechperson für verschiedene Business Partner und interne Fachbereiche
- Eventkoordination sowie -Organisation verschiedener Formate für die europäischen Märkte

- Die Einheit „Global Family and Institutional Wealth“ (GFIW) ist ein einzigartiges Joint Venture von UBS Global Wealth Management (GWM) und UBS Investment Bank (IB). GFIW bedient einige der grössten institutionellen Family-Office-Kunden, die sowohl GWM-Services als auch Zugriff auf IB-Funktionen benötigen, häufig in verschiedenen Ländern und Buchungszentren. - Sie arbeiten im Team Global Family and Institutional Wealth (GFIW) in München. Neben Deutschland zählen die Märkte UK, Italien, Spanien und Luxemburg zum Sektor Europe Domestic. Sie spielen eine wichtige Rolle bei der Bereitstellung maßgeschneiderter Kundenservices und arbeiten eng mit Kundenberatern und -Beraterinnen zusammen. Unsere gemeinsamen Anstrengungen tragen dazu bei, das Vermögen unserer Kunden zu verwalten, zu bewahren und zu steigern, und zwar durch eine enge Partnerschaft in jeder Lebensphase.
