We are looking for a Business Partner, ART (M/F/d), based in Munich.

**Your Team**
Within CFO Global Performance Steering (GPS), the Business Partnering team is a key contributor to foster bold and proactive steering towards AGCS’s growth plans. The team has a clear mandate to not only support, but also challenge the business leaders and be a constructive and insightful partner for the senior leadership team.

**The Impact You Will Have**
Reporting to the Head of GPS Business Partnering, this is a critical and highly visible role that provides 360 performance management and business steering advise to the Global Head of the Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) line of business. You will provide global partnership support on all financial performance related topics such as: clear and transparent financial reporting and planning, with significant focus on capital and volatility management; drive strategic discussions between the ART line of business and the Board of Management throughout the steering cycle, and coordinate AGCS business case preparation across LoBs. Using your business expertise, you will be able to provide robust challenge and insights to ensure that your business leaders are fully prepared when presenting and can easily and effectively communicate their vision for the development of their business area.

With your team, you will also ensure a high level of alignment with the Reinsurance and Actuarial departments on all topics related to reinsurance planning and reporting, covering all treaty reinsurance structures. Additionally, you will facilitate the efficient execution of business case governance across all lines of business and regions, ensuring consistent preparation, review, sign-off and tracking of business cases across the AGCS business case portfolio.

**Some of your specific responsibilities could include**
- Facilitate consistent and comprehensive performance management and business steering of the Global Line of Business (LoB) Head for ART
- Drive consistent challenging and monitoring of business actions in LoB ART against overall aspiration level and facilitate results-oriented business steering discussions at senior management level. Ensure tight alignment between Global and Regional actions
- Throughout reporting and planning cycle, ensure effective and efficient financial steering of results and value drivers for LoB ART
- Drive transparent and high-quality reporting, forecasting and planning process, consolidating and aligning global view with contributions from sub-LoBs in the regions.
- Coordinate the key stakeholders and contributors in the CFO community towards high-quality delivery of Reinsurance planning. Ensure consistent and transparent reporting on Reinsurance results and drive further enhancements to support improvement of steering the Reinsurance structure.
- Orchestrate consistent implementation of governance for revenue-generating business cases.
- Contribute to overall business case governance and continuously evolve the framework to ensure a comprehensive view throughout the approval and monitoring phase.
- Drive pro-active and effective exchange among all business steering stakeholders to ensure comprehensive view on business performance and steering.
- Act as one-stop-interface for Finance related topics to CUO business partners. Ensure efficient support of Business Partners for the Regions.
- Lead and manage team to high-performing function by setting challenging targets, monitoring progress and addressing performance issues. Coach and develop by empowering them to execute tasks independently.

**What You’ll Bring to the Role**
- Managerial experience in insurance or financial services in the planning and controlling area.
- Experience in leading change and delivering large scale international projects in various business scenarios, incl. e.g. restructuring, integrations, growth.
- In-depth experience in reporting and business analysis concepts and requirements of an international portfolio with high volatile segments.
- Proven experience in communications of results to a variety of stakeholders, incl. Senior management
