Siemens Real Estate (SRE) owns the professional management of Siemens’ real estate portfolio worldwide. SRE manages the real estate portfolio, operates the properties, and is responsible for building projects and the purchase and sales of real estate. SRE thus ensures that the use of resources is optimized and sustainable in terms of costs, transparency, and efficiency. This includes the acquisition, setup of new commercial/industrial real-estate, renovations, disposition of locations and servicing customers with a broad set of service offerings.

We are looking for a Global P&O Business Partner (f/m/d) who actively ensures that our People & Organisation (P&O) priorities enable the business strategy.You will play a key role in orchestrating and facilitating organizational culture, design, and structural changes. As a trusted partner, you will define and ensure the global people strategy and P&O programs are implemented with the respective business leaders for Siemens Real Estate.

As a sparring partner, consultant and advisor, you support the continuous global development of the organization, management of talents, transformation & change, and organizational effectiveness.

- Understand the business and its strategy, are an active part of the decision
- making process across all facets of the organizational unit
- Develop and implement an effective P&O strategy for the area of responsibility in line with global business strategy, which meets medium and long
- term objectives, driving forward improved results and giving the business a leading position
- Understand business priorities and translate them into P&O actions
- Furthermore, you will help business leaders anticipate upcoming topics and provide data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience
- Build trust with key stakeholders and use influence to contribute to business results
- Live P&O with attitude: having the sense of when to take the initiative or challenge the status quo to increase strategic contribution to the organization
- Take strong positions about business issues that are grounded in sound data and thoughtful opinions
- Identify change management requirements and champion related activities. You also drive discussions related to cultural, workforce and organisational design changes, and provide recommendations
- Lead or contribute to the implementation of P&O projects, P&O programs and initiatives for assigned units
- Be responsible for hiring and interviewing but also organizing the exit for Global Key Function Roles and support their development
- As a coach, you will enable executives to be more effective leaders. You subsequently also champion and model trusted adviser behaviours

We are looking forward to getting to know you if you
- Have proven yourself in progressive P&O professional roles preferably in the Real Estate business. You also have a demonstrable track record of translating business insight into strategies and successful people initiatives. In addition, you have a deep understanding of generating business impact throughout the P&O ecosystem
- Have long-term years of relevant experience, ideally in the Real Estate business, and have completed studies in business administration (master’s/bachelor’s degree) or a comparable field of study
- Have demonstrated the ability to influence business & P&O leaders and gain commitment to new ideas
- Know how to leverage the dynamics of a large organization and use smart influencing at scale to effectuate change in the organization.You have the courage to lead based on own judgement and expertise
- Are able to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively with others in a global environment, and you can build strong, influential relationships
- In the context of your previous career, you have gained a high-level intercultural sensitivity
- Are an open-minded, self-motivated and proactive individual with sound decision-making capabilities. You have a pragmatic approach and are confident in problem-solving and decision-making
- Prior experience working in co-determination is preferred
- Are equally business fluent in English and German
