What you'll do
  • Own the roll-out and further development of the group-wide customer satisfaction survey
  • Interact with multiple stakeholders in 50+ countries, train them on new methods, and support them in gaining and using customer insights
  • Advise Knauf business units on the development and implementation of purpose-specific surveys
  • Clear the path for an efficient roll-out of the survey in the local contexts from an organizational point of view
  • Design, implement, and optimize parts of the commercial KPI system, enabling fact-based decision-making at Knauf

 

Who you are
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Bring extensive experience in business intelligence, market research, corporate development, or management consulting
  • An organized and independent thinker who thrives in fast-paced and complex environments
  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven insights
  • A strong communicator who can interact with diverse groups of stakeholders, align interests, and lead projects to success
