As Junior Supervisor Customer Care Back Office- France , you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations. By providing the necessary administration, you ensure that the day-to-day business of customer service runs smoothly. You help our customer service team to work efficiently and thus make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction at Westwing France. This position is unlimited and located in Munich .
WHAT YOU'LL DO
maintain effective communication with suppliers, shipping service providers & manufacturers serve as the main point of contact for complaints processing act as the Customer Service contact person for inquiries regarding payment processing, order processing, and cancellations/returns, providing support to our agents ensure cooperation with the accounting department to streamline order management contribute to the continuous development of internal processes provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are met
YOU COME WITH
previous experience in customer service, ideally in the back-office area very good written and spoken French, along with proficient English skills independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills friendly, communicative, and motivated personality enjoyment in working with manufacturers and suppliers to handle complaints in a customer-oriented manner
