As **Junior Supervisor** Customer Care Back Office
- France**, you play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our customer service operations. By providing the necessary administration, you ensure that the day-to-day business of customer service runs smoothly. You help our customer service team to work efficiently and thus make a significant contribution to customer satisfaction at Westwing France. This position is **unlimited **and located in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- maintain effective communication with suppliers, shipping service providers & manufacturers
- serve as the main point of contact for complaints processing
- act as the Customer Service contact person for inquiries regarding payment processing, order processing, and cancellations/returns, providing support to our agents
- ensure cooperation with the accounting department to streamline order management
- contribute to the continuous development of internal processes
- provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring high standards of quality and performance are met

**YOU COME WITH**:

- previous experience in customer service, ideally in the back-office area
- very good written and spoken French, along with proficient English skills
- independent, responsible, and customer-oriented work approach with strong analytical skills
- friendly, communicative, and motivated personality
- enjoyment in working with manufacturers and suppliers to handle complaints in a customer-oriented manner
