Ihre Aufgaben
Leitung des Bereichs Aftersales & Customer Service und Personalverantwortung für 30 Personen Verantwortlich für steig hochwertige Leistungen in den Bereichen Customer Service und Customer Relations Optimierung der Kundenprozesse in enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb Koordinierung der termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung Verantwortung für die Erfüllung der Qualitäts- und Kundenziele Verwaltung der Wartungs-, Reparaturen- und Ersatzteilaufträge Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Beschwerdemanagements Verantwortung für die Abwicklung anstehender Garantiefälle Stetige Verbesserung der Kundenbindung nach dem Verkauf
Das Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion im Bereich Service Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Maschinenbau bzw. Sondermaschinenbau Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift), weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse mit SAP im Modul Sales & Distribution (SD)
