Role overview

The Client Support Executive role within Grow presents an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly
motivated individual to support a portfolio of SME brands within the global business. In the role you will learn
about performance marketing and be part of a specialist, international team – sharing ideas and working together to replicate each other’s success. You will also work very closely with the Client Success, Commercial and
Partnerships directors, who will support you and help to ensure that you can perform your daily tasks so that you achieve your targets and continue to develop professionally in your role.
This is a customer facing role, dedicated to providing world-class support, advice, and assistance to our clients.
You will also form and service relationships with our key partners and work closely with local publisher teams to
support our vast network of publishers – helping them to increase their exposure and present their opportunities
to our clients. 
The ideal candidate is a team player with good communication skills and someone who is comfortable on the 
telephone. They are also familiar with customer service and keen to learn and adapt to continuously changing
requirements in a fast paced, and fun environment. They are dynamic, confident, self-motivated and resilient
 – celebrating their successes and quickly learning from their failures. 

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
The Client Support Executive’s responsibilities will focus on, but not be limited to, the following:
Manage their market’s portfolio of clients, acting as the first point of contact for them for both technical and commercial requests Meet, nurture, and grow their relationships with our key partners and publishers, understanding their businesses and the opportunities available for our advertisers Ensure the best opportunities are presented to their clients on a regular basis Present all client offers to the relevant partners and assist them in launching campaigns on an ongoin basis Work closely with their colleagues in other markets to deliver the same offers and standard of work globally  Own and manage the onboarding process of new clients, including an introduction call to demonstrate our platform and answer any questions they may have Provide support, assistance, and absentee cover for your colleagues, in other markets, when needed Continuously audit their programs to ensure that they have the best chance of success, suggesting improvements to their clients, where necessary Contact prospects to provide them with more information on our services, with the ultimate goal of them joining us 

Your profile

Key Requirements:

Ideally, at least 1 year experience in a similar role Fluent Polish and English  Good Communication skills, both written and verbal with good telephone manners A demonstrable interest in digital services and affiliate marketing Enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude Proactive approach to supporting clients  Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Good time management and prioritisation skills  Affiliate marketing or account management experience would be beneficial but not a must-have  A working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Open minded, curious and a strong problem solver who is not afraid to try new ideas  Success measurement:
Success in the role will be measured against a set of key performance areas, including but not limited to the following:
Sales growth across your portfolio and the entire Grow business  Number of accounts with traffic and sales activity from new partners Improvement in client retention rates Commercial gains, evident by continuously improving basket values, conversion rates and sales numbers Achieving pre-agreed targets and business forecasts
