Das Team Lending Operations ist Teil der agilen und innovativen Operations Division und verantwortet alle Aktivitäten im Zusammenhang mit der Kreditbearbeitung der Raisin Bank, insbesondere in den Bereichen Fronting, Factoring und Re-Factoring. Hierbei übernimmt das Team die Abwicklung von Ankauf und Rückführung bzw. Weiterverkauf der Forderungen. Weiterhin obliegt dem Team die Überprüfung von Sicherheiten, Erstellung von Kreditvorlagen, Einholen von Bonitätsauskünften und die Erstellung von Reportings.

Als zukünftiger Head of Lending Operations, übernimmst Du die fachliche und personelle Leitung des Teams und sorgst mit deiner Führungsstärke für optimale Ergebnisse, effiziente Prozessabläufe und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams. Dabei stehen Teamgeist, Mitarbeiterentwicklung und eine laufende Prozessoptimierung für dich im Vordergrund.

Mit deinem Wissen im Kreditbereich etablierst Du effiziente Onboardingprozesse für neue Kooperationspartner und Produkte. Daneben trittst Du selbstsicher in der Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit Kooperationspartnern im Fronting - und Factoring-Geschäft auf, sowie in Gesprächen mit Prüfern der internen oder externen Revision.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest ein wachsendes Team von derzeit 8 Mitarbeitern.
  • Du bist sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch der/die erste Ansprechpartner/in für das Team Lending Operations.
  • Du arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Prozessabläufen, Automatisierungs- und IT-Lösungen für Dein Team.
  • Du berichtest direkt an den Chief Operating Officer (COO) der Raisin Bank und bist Teil der Marktseite. Deine Hauptansprechpartner sind der Head of Lending (Marktseite) und der Head of Credit Risk Management (Marktfolgeseite).
  • Du förderst eine offene Kommunikation und Vertrauenskultur.
  • Bei dem Onboarding von neuen Kooperationspartnern etablierst Du effiziente Prozesse in enger Abstimmung mit anderen Fachbereichen und verantwortest die Prozessdokumentation.
  • Du beteiligst Dich aktiv an der Einführung von neuen Produkten (NPP).
Dein Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium.
  • Du hast eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bank- oder Finanzsektor, idealerweise in der Marktfolge im Bereich Kredit oder ähnlichen Bereichen.
  • Du verfügst über Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen an die Kreditprozesse.
  • Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang und der Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitern. Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern mit.
  • Du bist IT-affin und sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du hast ein analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie eine starke Kommunikation zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du besitzt gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und ebenfalls gute Englischkenntnisse.
