For our growing team at the headquarters in Berlin, we are looking for Business Development Managers with expertise in the areas of digitalization, private sector development and climate change for development consulting. We are looking for detail-oriented, proactive and responsibility-taking individuals that aim to create a positive impact through high-quality consulting services in the global development market.

Responsibilities
Acquisition
Preparation of project proposals including methodology, project strategy drafting and overall technical offer preparation Recruiting of expert teams for our various projects and opportunities including contract negotiations Representing the main point of coordination for consortium members, experts and clientsSectoral Responsibilities
Assure ecosystem visibility of Luvent in your area of expertise Stakeholder management Engage with the current development in the field of specialization
Experience & Skill Requirements
Outstanding academic credentials with a Master’s Degree in International Studies, Political Sciences, Economics, European Studies or other relevant At least two years of business development experience for donor-funded projects Experience in preparing financial and technical offers for consulting projects Fully familiar with different donor-specific procurement rules related to development cooperation Proven track record in working with multiple stakeholders (clients, consortium partners, experts) Excellent negotiation skills Full computer literacy and full proficiency in Microsoft Office Fluency in English and/or French is a requirement, and in both languages a strong advantage Display commitment and passion for international development Positive, “can do” attitude-
