BNVC: Marketing & Communications Manager

Direct to Managing Director

Responsibilities

Event- / Community Management

  • Run BNVC's event management by planning and hosting inspiring and engaging community events
  • Build a platform and foster BNVC's international network of investors, startup founders and artists

Communication Management

  • Manage and develop new recurring formats to share industry insights, updates, and relevant knowledge
  • Oversee BNVC's social media channels and ensure continuous and captivating content

Public Relations

  • Partner with culturally relevant media outlets to raise awareness for our mission and purpose – with focus on culture, tech and business to strengthen the brand awareness and harness legitimacy
  • Translate our mission to cultural creators, operators and investors (educate on how we are bridging the gap between VC and culture)
  • Build a global press network – write and share press releases on investment news and relevant BNVC stories & milestones
  • Grow organic media coverage – create new content formats with influencers / creators / artists

Project Management

  • Own projects independently and on your own responsibility and coordinate and third parties (Agencies & Jägermeister)
  • Optimize and manage workflows to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • Manage the BNVC space, create a welcoming work environment and take care of admin tasks

(Host guests, manage office supplies and consumables)

Track Record & Skills

  • Passion for Best Nights VC lifestyle, purpose and mission
  • Agency and / or Consumer-Startup experience for at least 4 yrs (preferred in cultural & lifestyle industry)
  • Strong culture / lifestyle knowledge, ideally demonstrated by working with iconic consumer brands
  • Strong project management skills, used to working in an agile and dynamic environment
  • Strong event management / moderation skills demonstrated by events hosted in the past
  • Strong Communication Design skills, demonstrated by editorial and design-tool expertise
  • Proven ability to place compelling stories with top-tier media partners
