Job Summary: Reporting to the Senior Manager, EU Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies for all Tilray's medical cannabis brands in Germany.
Role and Responsibilities
- Event Planning and Execution: Assist in planning and executing events to promote Tilray's brands.
- Competitive Monitoring and Audits: Conduct competitive analysis and audits to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand and Product Launches: Support all activities related to brand and product launches, including packaging, launch administration, and promotional activities.
- Public Relations: Collaborate with the internal communications team on PR initiatives.
- Sales Support: Provide the sales team with promotional materials and support to enhance sales efforts and drive revenue growth.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth in the cannabis industry.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking of expenditures.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through personalized marketing efforts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing team in executing marketing plans and strategies to drive new customer acquisitions.
- Manage internal marketing operations, including product registrations, labels, and asset production.
- Coordinate campaign milestones from planning to post-project reviews.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Conduct marketing ROI analysis and performance reviews.
- Contribute to innovation initiatives.

Qualifications and education requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, agency or client-side
- Competence in Digital Marketing strategies and tactics including social media, websites, digital advertising, SEO and email marketing
- Highly organized and efficient
- Experience in coordinating and managing projects
- Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
- Can work on multiple projects simultaneously with competing deadlines
- Team oriented with a positive disposition
- Comfortable speaking with various levels of management
- Strong communication, copywriting, editing and content management skills are a bonus
