Job Description – Brand Marketing Assistant

Location:Berlin, Germany

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative *Brand Marketing Assistant* to support our marketing team in driving brand awareness, campaign execution, and market presence in Germany and across international markets. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse marketing initiatives, support brand campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of brand marketing campaigns (online and offline).

* Support the development of brand assets including presentations, promotional materials, and digital content.

* Manage content scheduling across social media platforms and monitor engagement performance.

* Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights.

* Coordinate with creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of brand projects.

* Support event planning, trade shows, and brand activations in Berlin and across Germany.

* Assist in reporting and analyzing campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.

* Ensure brand guidelines are maintained across all channels and communications.

Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

* 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand, or communications roles (internships included).

* Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with design/creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

* Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Creative thinker with a passion for branding and storytelling.
