Dear Applicant, for our client - public sector company - we are looking for a skilled Marketing and Communication Manager responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with the company's goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing corporate communications and marketing product management
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Create compelling content for various marketing channels including website, social media, email newsletters, press releases, and blogs.
  • Coordinate and manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, and event planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Create and schedule engaging posts, monitor social media activity, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Analyze social media metrics to enhance engagement and reach.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed business, marketing, communication or economical or relevant trainings
  • At least three years of professional experience on similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Working knowledge and past experience in publishing with print and Web media.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly desired: previous experience in healthcare services
  • German and English language minimum C1
