Job Description
  • Develop and implement ideas for new content pieces (blogs, industry reports, webinars, whitepapers, ebooks) with the team.
  • Write, update, and manage content regularly for digital communication channels, including social media, websites, and newsletters.
  • Support the search engine optimization of our website content.
  • Develop marketing assets, LinkedIn ad creatives/posts, and videos while ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
  • Engage in marketing research to stay updated on market developments and trends and proactively propose new initiatives and processes to improve marketing activities.
  • Provide general support (research, translations DE/EN, writing and correcting texts, etc.) 
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., marketing, communications, business, graphic design, web development, or similar).
  • Passion for writing and creating content; Big plus if previous experience in content creation.
  • Good editorial skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with Design Tools and Canva
  • Experience in prompting on tools like GPT or Claude for generating inspiration for content.
  • Basic knowledge of web development, SEO and experience with WordPress is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and collaboratively in a team
  • Proactive, organized, and open-minded attitude with a "can do, will do" mentality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
