**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Du bist als Team Lead verantwortlich für die strategische Weiterentwicklung sowie den Ausbau der Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklung in einer internationalen Matrixorganisation.
- Dazu gehört die Weiterentwicklung der Lernstrategien und -kultur sowie relevanter Prozesse und Instrumente.
- In der Organisationsentwicklung nimmst Du mit Deinem Team eine beratende Rolle ein und arbeitest mit Stakeholdern aktiv zusammen, um Transformationsprozesse zu unterstützen und zu begleiten.
- Du besitzt ein Prozessoptimierungs-Mindset und setzt dieses gewinnbringend ein, um neue Strukturen zu etablieren

**Ihr Profil**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Personal
- und/oder Organisationsentwicklung mit.
- Du hast eine breite Expertise im Learning
- und Talentmanagement, im Skill
- und Kompetenzmanagement sowie in der Führungskräfteentwicklung.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung sammeln können und im Zuge dessen entsprechende Prozesse begleitet.
- Erste (auch fachliche) Führungserfahrungen runden Dein Profil ab.
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten gepaart mit Gestaltungswillen und einer hohen Umsetzungsstärke.
- Deine Englischkenntnisse sind nahezu fließend.
- Aufgrund deines ausgeprägten Growth Mindsets bringst Du viel Energie mit und hast Freude in einem sehr dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
- Du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten und interkulturelle Kompetenzen, mit denen Du andere für Deine Ideen gewinnen kannst.
