Your main responsibilities
- Manage and organize the activities by preparing, drumbeating, communicating internally and externally with customers and third parties
- Create & deliver customer KPI reports on regular basis
- Adapt the distribution of work to technical teams (ACM, TC, ME)
- Ensure work order preparation according to quality techn. requirements
- Measure and analyze KPIs for the team: SQCDPTE, OTD/OQD
- Respect customer targets (Lead time, end of work, milestones)
- Secure profitability targets given by Project Management
- Define and implement improvement actions
- Supervise and roster the Technical Coordination team
- Participate in recruiting candidates and be their focal point upon start
- Ensure development of team members and their evaluation for yearly interviews
Your qualification
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in aviation industry in technical support
- Prior experience with Outstanding Works or Maintenance (Part-145) is appreciated
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English, French or German are a plus
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- High customer-orientation
- Effective problem identification and -solution
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
