We are seeking a dynamic **Team Leader (M/F/d) with a specialization in Compliance and a strong focus on Information Security** to join our growing organization in** Hamburg or Munich. **While there’s flexibility to work remotely, on-site presence will be essential for audits and related activities.

If you are passionate about leading teams and have a deep understanding of compliance standards, especially in the realm of Information Security, we want to hear from you

**How you’ll provide positive impact**:

- Lead and drive the strategy and direction of our **compliance team**, currently consisting of 4 members, ensuring alignment with our overarching organizational goals
- Manage the **coordination of compliance aspects **in the areas of information security, data protection, quality management and ESG, collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders
- Your primary expertise will be in the realm of** Information Security**, where you will actively contribute and enhance the team’s competency
- Oversee and continuously improve our **Information Security Management System (ISMS)** to ensure adherence to ISO 27001 standards

**Your Skills and Requirements**:

- Professional experience and knowledge in** Information Security**, especially ISO 27001
- Successful **project or team leadership experience** that demonstrates your ability to lead and inspire teams
- Strong **analytical skills **combined with a high degree of **self-organization and exceptional communication skills**:

- Very good **English and German **language skills
