**The Role**

As the Team Lead - SEO, you will be responsible for managing a team of SEO specialists and driving the success of our organic search strategies.

**Your responsibilities**
- Development and implementation of (international) SEO strategies for our company websites, both onpage and offpage
- Conception, planning, implementation, control and further development of our projects with regard to search engine optimization
- Continuous optimization and monitoring of already implemented SEO measures, as well as monitoring of all relevant SEO-KPIs
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify website issues and implement recommended solutions.
- Lead a team of SEO specialists and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to optimize their performance and professional growth

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Proven work experience in search engine optimization, with a strong focus on improving organic search visibility and website performance
- In-depth knowledge of SEO concepts, tools, and techniques, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and performance tracking
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, or similar platforms
- Previous experience in a team leadership or managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team
- Fluent English and German language skills
