**The Role**

As the Team Lead - SEA, you will be responsible for managing a team of Search Engine Advertising specialists and driving the success of our search marketing campaigns across various platforms.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive search engine advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant networks
- Manage the end-to-end process of search advertising campaigns, including campaign planning, budget allocation, keyword selection, ad copy creation, landing page optimization, bid management, and performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, CPC, ROAS, and other relevant metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Lead a team of Search Engine Advertising specialists and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to optimize their performance and professional growth

**Requirements**:
**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of search engine advertising concepts, tools, and techniques, including keyword research, campaign setup, ad copy creation, bid management, and performance tracking
- Previous experience in a team leadership or managerial role, with a track record of successfully managing and developing a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
