**Team mission**:
Our mission is to to curate the world's most exceptional customer experience and inventory at the most visited attractions in the world such as Disneyland, Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and Broadway. These locations behave differently than other less demanded locations and therefore require customized and cross-functional strategies.

**You will**:

- Develop and implement strategies for key focus areas of the Top Points of Interest team including:

- Develop Strategy and implementation of initiatives to ensure fair competition at top points of interest
- Oversee strategy and long-term vision for our vertical integrations business unit: - Vertical integration is a separate entity that owns and operates tours at top attractions in Paris
- Gather an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape at top Point of Interest
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to ensure seamless and successful execution of initiatives.
- Conduct data analyses to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, engaging with senior-level stakeholders (directors, VPs, and C-level executives).

**Who you are**:

- You've got 4+ years in management consulting, or 6+ years in Operations, Strategy, or Marketing in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a marketplace or SaaS company.
- You have at least 2 years of people management experience
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and can think about both scaled implementation as well as optimization of initiatives in a startup environment
- You're a self-starter with sharp commercial acumen, ready to tackle projects with a bold, test-and-learn mindset
- You're a strategic thinker and business developer, breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable plans
- You're a data dynamo, using tools like Excel, Looker, and external datasets to fuel your strategies
- You thrive in ambiguity, confidently taking the lead without needing detailed instructions
- You're a pro at managing cross-functional projects, aligning multiple stakeholders, and driving engagement and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- French speaking is a plus
