We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our **Driver Services team in Germany & Austria**, revolutionising the way we provide high-quality service to our fleet partners and drivers. As a member of the German management team, you'll spearhead local driver operations and community management efforts, cultivating an engaged and high-quality supply base.

**YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE**:
As the Team Lead of Driver Services, your mission is to lead the local Driver Operations teams into a future-proof, high-caliber service function, setting the bar with industry-leading NPS rates. This will include:

- Leading the evolution of Driver Operations to ensure its resilience and effectiveness, including process streamlining, automation, and tool implementation.
- Crafting and executing best-practice supply operations strategies across regions, contributing to our growth and sustained success.
- Orchestrating supply operations to ensure optimal availability for the anticipated demand, managing active driver numbers and supply hours.
- Coordinating and executing team processes to facilitate driver expansion into new cities, with approximately 30% travel.
- Pioneering market-wide operational service initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, aligning central and local objectives seamlessly.
- Engaging proactively with key supply accounts, swiftly resolving service challenges and elevating central improvements when required.

- Proficiency in navigating cross-functional projects, adeptly managing contributions from both central and local stakeholders.
- A curious, open, and ambitious mindset, characterised by empathetic and precise communication that resonates with individuals and teams alike.
- A comfort level with data analysis, using tools such as G-Sheets, Tableau, and Metabase to inform strategic decisions.
- Fluency in both German and English languages.
