As an **Operations Team Lead (all genders)**, you will be responsible for leading a growing team of 5 Onboarding and Business Operations professionals. You will play a key role in optimizing processes, driving operational excellence, supporting the company's growth objectives, and maintaining our customer satisfaction

**Your Tasks**:
As an Operations Team Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Operations and fulfill the following responsibilities:
**Team Management**:

- Lead and develop a team of 5 Hubjectees dealing with partner onboardings and Business operations.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to team members.
- Ensure team KPIs are met and generate quarterly reports.
- Evaluate team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Keep track of your team’s progress and well-being through regular 1-1s.
- Generate and follow-up on growth plans for your team members.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Develop and implement efficient operational processes and procedures.
- dentify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Obtain different department buy-in when necessary.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate operational updates and progress.
- Address stakeholder concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in other duties as assigned.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven track record of leading and managing B2B Operations teams.
- 3 years eMobility experience with knowledge of the OCPI, OICP and OCPP protocols
- Experience in the following (or similar) tools:

- Zendesk
- Salesforce
- Atlassian tools
- Microsoft tools

**Language**:

- Fluent English; German and other languages an advantage

**Location**:
**On-site** in Berlin
Hybrid system:

- 2 days per week at the office, 3 days remote
- EUREF Campus in Schöneberg in Berlin - Europe's hotspot for green technology and eMobility
