**Whom we are looking for**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and managing documentation
- Provide support to the sales team with the organisation and planning of trade fairs and events worldwide
- Creation, preparation and update of PowerPoint presentations, Excel files and managing other documentation
- Level 1 Partner support
- Support sales representatives in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication
- Assist and support with administrative tasks in the Marketing Circle

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Customer-centred way of working
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software systems (e.q. HubSpot) as well as experience with Atlassian Confluence and Jira, other agile tools are an advantage
- Analytical and number-oriented way of working
- Understanding of marketing and sales processes
- Desire to work in an intercultural team
- Fluent in English and German
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
