Dann gestalte mit uns den Erfolg unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten. In dieser Rolle bist du der organisatorische Dreh- und Angelpunkt für Angebote, Kundenpräsentationen und Events. Du bringst Struktur in Prozesse, sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen überzeugende Unterlagen werden – hältst dem Team den Rücken frei damit es sich voll auf unsere Kunden konzentrieren kann.

Ob bei der Koordination von Angeboten, der Ausarbeitung professioneller Präsentationen oder der Vorbereitung von Terminen – du hältst die Fäden zusammen und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass unsere Außendarstellung nicht nur stimmt, sondern begeistert.

Was dich erwartet
  • Angebotsmanagement: Du koordinierst den gesamten Prozess der Angebotserstellung, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und eine konsistente Kommunikation mit allen Beteiligten
  • Präsentationsentwicklung: Du recherchierst Projektreferenzen und andere relevante Inhalte, bereitest diese professionell auf und gestaltest ansprechende Präsentationen
  • Eventunterstützung: Du identifizierst passende Veranstaltungen, analysierst deren Zielgruppen, organisierst unsere Teilnahme und begleitest unsere Präsenz vor Ort. Im Anschluss bereitest du die Erkenntnisse systematisch auf.
  • Terminkoordination: Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Kundengesprächen
Was du mitbringst
  • relevante Erfahrungen im Sales Support, idealerweise im IT-Dienstleistungsumfeld, und eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung
  • abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder ein ähnlicher Abschluss
  • sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (insbesondere PowerPoint)
  • Du hast eine gewissenhafte, sorgfältige, selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • schnelles Auffassungsvermögen und strukturiertes Arbeiten
