In this role, you'll supporting our EMEA Sales organization, playing a key part in shaping Medit's next phase of regional growth.Why This Role? Shape the Future of Medit in EMEA:• Support with sales quotations and proposals• Maintain and update customer records and CRM system• Allocate and track sales leads, opportunities and follow ups• Support in compiling sales reports and performance dashboards• Coordinate with and support marketing on the procurement and distribution of sales collateral and campaigns• Assist with tender/bid documentation and submissions• Drive Regional Success: Be the Sales Support & Operations Specialist within our commercial teams, ensuring profitable, sustainable growth across markets.• Global Collaboration: Partner with the HQ in Seoul and EMEA Commerce TeamsKey Responsibilities•Cross-Functional Coordination: Liase between sales and logistics/operations to coordinate deliveries and provide relevant information to customers. Collaborate with finance and sales management to verify pricing, discount and billing details•Customer Service Tasks:Register orders in the Medit partner portal. Verify orders and pricing meets approved pricing and promotional guidelines. Contact person for customer inquiries and order related questions. Conduct occasional Voice of Customer checks. Setup of new dealers in Medit systems. Update dealer information in Medit systems. Coordinate order approvals as needed. Verify payments of customers. Process cancellations.•Sales Support Tasks: Support with sales quotations and proposals. Maintain and update customer records and CRM system. Assist with tender/bid documentation and submissions•Data Management & Analytics: Sales Ops is responsible for the hygiene of data and enabling performance tracking. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in CRM and sales tools. Assist in data extraction, cleaning, and consolidation for regional reporting•Sales Process Enablement / Policy Compliance:Ensure compliance with internal sales processes, pricing policies, and approval guidelines. Maintain documentation on pricing, discounting, and promotional programs. Support onboarding and enablement for new sales reps or partners•Tool Management:Usage and maintenance of HubSpot. Serve as a key user and first-level support for CRM and sales tools. Coordinate with IT/CRM team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and manage accounts•Communication & Coordination Skills:Given the cross-functional nature of the role, this should be emphasized further. Strong stakeholder management across sales, logistics, finance, marketing, and HQ.
