Treasury Sales Support Specialist

About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Sales Support Specialist to join the Global Payments and Liquidity team within Enterprise Functions, supporting the Europe , Middle East, Turkey & Africa (EMEA) Banks portfolios.

This is a newly created position in Frankfurt, offering the opportunity to help establish and optimise core processes as the team grows. The role will suit someone who brings strong analytical discipline, operational focus, and the confidence to work with pace and precision in a developing environment. Fluency in Arabic or additional European languages is highly regarded, given the team's engagement with clients across the regions.

In This Role, You Will

• Support Treasury Management Consultants by gathering and summarising client and prospect information with a strong focus on correspondent banking/ cross-border payments.
• Oversee client onboarding and implementation from a customer/ sales support perspective.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Conduct research and analysis for operational assignments, evaluating and recommending practical solutions.
• Present recommendations to resolve complex situations, exercising sound judgement and a strong understanding of policies, controls, and compliance.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure seamless delivery across functions

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Treasury Management Sales Support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in correspondent banking, payments & liquidity, treasury sales support, customer services with banking/ financial institutions clients
• Experience supporting larger more complex clients
• Ability to develop strong partnerships
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to be a self-starter and independent learner
• Fluent Arabic and/or European languages preferable
• Strong business-to-business sales acumen
• Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives

Job Expectations:

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
• This position offers a hybrid work schedule
• Full right to work in the work location. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
