**Requirements**:

- A background in telecommunications real estate
- Real estate negotiation and closing experience
- Business-to-Consumer direct sales, including outbound dialing
- Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
- English and German proficiency

**Nice to have**:

- Business development experience and existing relationships with telecommunications providers
- Experience leading sales teams

**Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators that source and close on telecom ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure acquisitions
- Identify, build, and manage a network of broker originators to source and close ground lease and fiber-based infrastructure transactions
- Build relationships with customers and institutional partners to identify large-scale investment opportunities and increase the value and revenue from the Company’s asset portfolio
