**Our client **is the world leader in the development of simulation-based educational solutions with Augmented Reality technology.

The company’s hallmark is to become a benchmark in the EdTech and industrial sector of _skills-based training _, helping to evolve the traditional educational model and enabling companies to adapt to the requirements of Industry 4.0.

**Role: Sales Director (Germany)**
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead sales operations in Germany, the company's most critical market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, focusing on the industrial sector.
- Establish and manage relationships with industry partners and distributors.
- Drive customer excellence, ensuring top-tier support and service.
- Oversee a team of 4 in sales, supported by customer excellence, marketing, sales support, and operations.
- Act as the leader of the entire German legal entity, reporting directly to the CEO and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
- Not someone super senior - 2 - 3 years in the same role (Sales Director, etc) +10 years of experience in total
- Entrepreneurial mindset - as always
- **Preferred Background**:

- Experience in a technological company.
- Strong knowledge and experience in the industrial market, particularly within Germany.
- Existing industry connections are a significant advantage.
- Track record of driving business growth and leading market expansion efforts.
- Passionate about making impactful changes and spearheading initiatives.
- **Product Verticals**:

- **Educational Sector**:Focused on DACH region clients, with a licensing model based on simulators.
- **Industrial Sector**:Sales initiated from a consultancy perspective, tailored to industrial needs.
