As **People Operations Team Lead**, you will be a generalist who will support the Operations team to ensure our people-oriented processes are top-notch. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of people topics, touching upon multiple disciplines such as people, contract management, internal & external stakeholder communications.

Stellenbeschreibung
- You lead and motivate a team of 5-6 Workforce Support Agents
- You ensure that our employees' inquiries are answered quickly and smoothly
- You support our employees in questions of scheduling, payment, processing and general questions
- Communication and coordination with the other departments
- Improvement of the product and internal processes, taking into account employee feedback
- Passionate about leading and coaching your team members

Qualifikationen
- Experience in People Operations topics such as German labour law, contract management etc
- Experience using tools such as MS Office, Zendesk, Freshdesk or other customer service software is a big plus
- Experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau
- You are friendly, open-minded, likes to talk to people and have a hands-on mentality
- You are organised and like to solve problems
- A continuous improvement mindset to always challenge the status quo
