**YOUR MISSION**
- Team lead and point of contact for all HR matters directly reporting to management
- Overseeing HR Operations activties and effective optimization
- Independently creating engaging employee and leadership experiences
- Responsible for whole recruitment, hiring, contracting, and career development process life cycle
- Building the People Roadmap with C-level and all stakeholders involved based on employee needs
- Responsible for the recruitment of significant roles within the company (e.g. for the leadership team)

**YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Multiple years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition
- Track record of supporting a growing company with at least 50 employees, preferrably in a fast growing Tech Startup
- Strong understanding and experience with employment law in Germany and ideally in one additional region
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adjust
- Organized and structured work ethic with a proactive approach to turning complex challenges into pragmatic solutions
- Fluent in German and English
