You will guide and inspire your team and collaborate with our Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding and People Business Partner teams to ensure our employees receive the best possible employee experience. Besides working on everyday topics, you will have an opportunity to manage your own projects and improve our People-related processes. **Your responsibilities**: - You will lead our People Operations team by providing the team members with guidance, regular feedback, and support - You will take ownership of the People Operations roadmap with the aim of automating and standardizing our processes to ensure effective workflows, high-quality outcomes, and a great employee experience - Together with your team, you will engage in different day-to-day activities which include providing support to our employees, preparing the payroll, managing contracts, creating reports, and developing policies, while ensuring our compliance with all relevant laws and regulations - You will manage different People Operations projects and contribute to initiatives of your colleagues **Your profile**: - You hold a university degree or have completed a vocational training (preferably in a HR-related field) and have at least four years of experience as HR professional - You have good knowledge of employment law (including _Betriebsverfassungsgesetz_) and of German Tax and Social Security regulations - You are passionate about People-related topics, you are communicative, analytical, interested in project management and successful in internal stakeholder management - You are proficient in German (at least level C1) and have very good English skills (at least level B2) - Ideally, you already have some leadership experience **What we can offer you**: **Diversity** - proud to be an equal opportunity workplace where we aim to enable everyone to show up as their full selves.
