Head of Marketing

We are seeking a **Head of Marketing**.In this role, you are part of TrustYou´s global Management Team. It is your team´s mission to make our customers believe in the power of listening You closely collaborate with our key departments, set our Marketing strategy aligned with our company's strategy and goals and ensure our global growth.

**In your role, you are empowered to**
- Lead a diverse, international team from performance marketing, product marketing, PR, social media, editorial content to graphic design
- Develop and refine marketing frameworks and create standardized processes
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to achieve mutually agreed marketing qualified lead KPIs, contribute to global sales goals, and elevate TrustYou´s brand in the travel and hospitality industry in all four regions TrustYou operates in (EMEA, US, APAC Japan)
- Work closely with other departments to initiate and realize successful campaigns for our products
- Support our global sales and key account management teams for the creative concepts in high-value, custom sales proposals
- Build an annual marketing calendar and implement a tactical marketing plan in key markets and geographies
- Drive our customer base with the right insights
- Ensure the success of our corporate communication
- Overlook the marketing budget and monitor all performance KPIs

**You are ideally**
- Holding a degree in Business Administrations with a major in Marketing
- A marketing leader with experience in a similar role in a faced-paced company within a tech SaaS environment
- A leader who is experienced in leading a global marketing team, sets the right team goals and priorities to support business success
- Experienced in creating and executing successful marketing plans in close collaboration with sales leadership
- Strong in collaborating with others and sharing knowledge
- Able to inspire and motivate cross functional teams with a unified direction and vision
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality, who thrives innovative ideas
- An excellent communicator and fluent in English
- Passionate for our products and the hospitality industry
