**Your mission**: - Build brand awareness for Beducated in US and DACH markets and work closely with our Co-founder Mariah Freya - Support our marketers executing growth hypothesis and A/B tests to attract and retain our customers - Turn the influencer marketing team into a flywheel by improving processes, communication and establishing excellent campaign analysis - Support the brand and campaign team in creating sales campaigns that skyrocket - Help design CRM workflows to activate and engage customers - Keep an overview of the marketing budget, KPIs, campaigns and user flow - Maximize impact of existing marketing channels (mainly Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing and PR) - Build, lead and develop the marketing team and help them grow as individuals and as a team. **Your profile**: - You have 1-2 years of experience as a Head of Marketing or 5+ years of experience in a lead marketing role for Influencer Marketing or Content Marketing. - You worked in a startup or dynamic environment before - You are a marketing generalist and have already worked in B2C marketing - Your marketing experience focuses heavily on B2C, especially Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, PR and other content driven channels - The marketing team reached their KPI’s successfully under your lead - Your knowledge is not only limited to strategy but also includes execution: you have no fear of making your hands dirty and implementing important things yourself - You are able to communicate clearly in English and German, both in spoken and written word - One of your biggest motivations is seeing your team flourish - You are excellent at prioritization and time management - We’re looking for someone to guide our marketing team from either - Germany - European Union - United Kingdom **Why us?**: When working at Beducated you can expect: - A great company culture with an employee satisfaction score of >9 out of 10 - Company values that matter.
