rapitag has the vision to make retail safer, faster and more convenient than ever. Founded in 2017, the start-up has uplifted the traditional security tag into a multi-patented, high-tech IoT device enabling retailers for the first time ever to provide safe and fast self-check-out and significant process optimization for high-value products.

For this, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (M/F/d) for our Munich office as soon as possible.

Tasks
- As a Head of Marketing (M/F/d) you support your team in developing and executing marketing plans
- You collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns and optimize them to ensure a good brand image
- Together with the marketing team, you develop a content strategy for our different channels
- You also support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- As Head of Marketing (M/F/d) you are enrolled in bachelor or master studies in business administration, marketing or a similar field
- Ideally, you bring along first experiences in marketing in a B2B environment
- You are characterized by a hands-on mentality, a proactive attitude and a responsible way of working
- You have a passion for marketing and creativity is at the core of your personality
- Moreover, you are highly motivated and driven by a “getting things done” attitude
- You have strong writing and verbal German and English skills
