ListNRide is a digital brand operating a booking platform for bike rental. Our mission is to build the world's largest cycling community platform.

The concept of ListNRide is to make the perfect ride available at any place. The right bike is crucial, but often not easy to get or bring with you. Through sourcing the best partners and brand collaborations, ListNRide strives to define access to the best rental bikes in a new way. As Head of Marketing your overall responsibility and key tasks will be to lead marketing activation and execution in our key European markets. As a person, you are a results-driven community builder with exceptional stakeholder management and community skills.

Aufgaben
- Define and support the execution of the marketing plan based on the company strategy
- Manage all marketing communication from/to our community (CRM, Newsletter, SoMe)
- Identify ambassadors, riders, and sponsorships in key markets in collaboration
- Identify demand creators for strategic partnerships
- Ensure regional content supporting global goals
- Support and execution of organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) initiatives
- Analyze campaign performance and uncover insights for optimization
- Support events and activation in key markets

Qualifikation
- You hold a degree in Marketing at a minimum Bachelor-level (but Master is preferred)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a (digital) marketing role, in a B2C environment
- Strategic mindset and ability to identify trends and behaviors and turn them into actionable solutions
- Proven Success building and executing marketing strategies and Community management
- Solid communication skills in English and German to create appealing content
- Brilliant presentation design and delivery skills
