Head of Product Marketing, (M/F/d)

As Head of Product Marketing - (M/F/d), you will be leading one of the key functions in Moss, with the highest visibility into the whole company. You and your team will be connecting between the product development teams and the other customer-facing teams, supporting the launch of exciting products and new features to market and create engaging product material to drive customer adoption and growth. In this role you will work closely with the Product, Sales, Customer Support and Marketing teams and will be in close contact with our customers and partners.
**What you will do**:
- You will be leading a team of product marketing professionals.
- Coordinate and execute on feature launches and Go-To-Market activities together with the Marketing creative studio and the Product, Sales Enablement and Education team.
- Work with our international teams on product and feature launches and adapt the Go-To-Market playbook to the needs of other markets.
- Build key messaging: Transcreate product features into crisp, powerful benefits that resonate with our target audience and drive acquisition, adoption and retention.
- Create marketing collateral (Website pages, Newsletters, Magazine posts, videos) and campaigns.
- Develop, execute and evaluate activation and engagement campaigns post launch together with the customer success team.
**What you bring to the table**:
- Proven experience in leading a product marketing function or a product marketing team in a digital-product company.
- Hands-on experience in creating product materials, such as product sheets, presentations, infographics, user-flows, product-specs, how-to guides and other relevant product materials.
- Passionate storyteller: You are excited about creating compelling stories around our features to best engage customers and all those who aren’t yet our customers.
- Excellent communication skills, able to motivate, align and connect with your stakeholders.
- Leadership and line-management experience is a plus but not a must.
- You are a native English speaker or have a near native level.
- Great project management skills: aligning with cross-functional teams, being highly organized and managing stakeholders from different departments are nothing new to you.
- You have a results-oriented attitude and a solid understanding of relevant marketing channels and KPIs to measure success of both launch and activation campaigns.
- Highly creative mindset, visual and design approach and an ability to make product features into an amazing showcase of values and benefits
