With substantial experience in a B2B company, you will actively participate in the evolution of the brand and the creative style and empower others to follow your lead. You can create a performance marketing strategy, allocate a budget, and visual guidelines and develop unusual B2B lead-gen campaign concepts? Then let’s do great things together
- As Head of Marketing (f/m/d), you are responsible for the realization and execution of the performance marketing activities.
- You define and deliver our marketing strategy including corporate identity and general communication.
- You develop and steer the performance marketing strategy including all sub-areas and online disciplines.
- You control, measure and analyze the achievement of objectives, and strategy implementation and are responsible for the reporting.
- You are a key role in the growth strategy of Processand and you are responsible for all marketing-related activities including marketing operations.
- You are creative, think outside the box and help us take the topic in completely new directions.
- Most importantly: have fun.
**Requirements**:
- You have at least 4 years of professional experience as a senior marketing manager.
- You want to go through the roof with our start-up and are mega-motivated.
- You can create a performance-oriented marketing strategy and allocate the budget accordingly.
- You have knowledge of working with common analysis and performance tools.
- You are familiar with channel-specific requirements and trends to design, plan and brief B2B lead gen campaigns in a performance-oriented manner.
- You have excellent communication skills, are creative and your approach is logical-analytical as well as proactive.
- Fluent in German and English
