**Department/Team overview**:

- Management of approx. 350 SPV entities in 25 countries for different clients
- Interaction with different stakeholders and key contact for all parties involved (clients, service provider, auditors & tax advisors)
- Wide range of services for our clients and their assets
- International team with junior and senior team members
- Motivated and inspiring team

**Your role**:

- Responsibility for a defined portfolio of SPV entities
- Oversight of Investment Law compliance
- Coordination of portfolio acquisitions and sales
- Active coordination and support of external accountants, tax advisors and auditors
- Optimization of investment and reporting structures

**Main responsibilities**:

- Regular reporting in accordance with - 249, II KAGB (German Capital Investment Code) including corresponding validations and comments
- Oversight over completion of year-end financial statements
- Management of closings, corporate actions, and investment operations
- Support of the team
- Fluent German & English is a must
- Contributes to the achievement of related team’s objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
