**Your Tasks**:

- You create, monitor and improve our marketing vision across all of our markets and channels
- You impact our long-term strategy and brand positioning, collaborating closely with our department heads and founders
- You are responsible to set and achieve budgets of the entire department and establish our relevant marketing KPIs within the organisation
- You lead the development of new, creative marketing campaigns and activities
- You collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the impact of our marketing measures, e.g. with Sales, Product, Business Intelligence and HR
- You oversee the development of market intelligence and conduct research on our market, competition, and customers with your team

**Your Qualifications**:

- You are passionate about growth startups and want to disrupt the construction industry together with us
- You have substantial experience (4+ years) in the field of marketing
- You have worked in a B2B SaaS company before
- You have previously built up and led marketing teams in a growth environment
- You are a pragmatic allrounder with excellent people skills and a hands-on mentality
- You speak English business fluent
