Du repräsentierst BidX jeden Tag, pflegst die Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden und beherrschst unser Tool von A bis Z. Dabei ist eine jederzeit qualitativ hochwertige Rückmeldung an den Nutzer essentiell.

**Über BidX**

BidX bietet für Händler auf Amazon eine Software-Lösung zur automatisierten und optimierten Schaltung von Werbung. Durch regelbasierte sowie selbstlernende Algorithmen können Keyword Management und Gebotsanpassungen automatisiert getätigt werden. Damit setzen Seller und Vendoren ihr Werbebudget effizienter ein, steigern ihren Profit und werden zeitlich erheblich entlastet. Die relativen Werbekosten werden hierbei allein in den ersten 8 Wochen durchschnittlich um 32 Prozent gesenkt. Bereits zahlreiche internationale Händler und Agenturen aus 42 Ländern setzen auf die Software-Lösung von BidX.

**Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben**:

- Du berätst sowohl unsere Neu
- aber auch Bestandskunden, damit diese die bestmögliche Nutzererfahrung haben
- Du führst virtuelle Demo
- und Onboarding-Calls durch
- Du kümmerst dich um die Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden via Chat, Mail und Telefon
- Du stellst durch deinen regelmäßigen Support unsere Kundenzufriedenheit sicher
- Du optimierst unseren Kundensupport durch die Einbringung deiner eigenen Ideen
- Du stehst in engem Austausch mit der Produktentwicklung und trägst das Feedback der Kunden an sie heran, damit das BidX Tool immer besser wird

**Damit überzeugst du uns**:

- Mit deinem analytischen Verständnis, bist du in der Lage, vom Kunden beschriebene Probleme und Sachverhalte schnell aufzufassen und adäquat darauf zu reagieren
- Du bringst fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse mit um mit Kunden weltweit zu interagieren
- Mit deiner kommunikativen, offenen und geduldigen Art, hilfst du unseren Kunden bei allen Anliegen
- Optimalerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Customer Success oder einer ähnlichen Rolle für SaaS mit
